Mgr. Alena Glončáková
(1983 - Nová Baňa)
Alena was born on 09th January 1983 in Nová Baňa. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts, Matej Bel University, Department of Visual Arts in the single-subject field of Teaching General Education Subjects - Arts, in Banská Bystrica under the supervision of Professor Miroslav Brooš, an academic painter. She focuses in her artistic activity on the area of plastic objects, installations, environmental education, land art, conceptual art, video art, as well as drawing, painting and graphics. Currently, she works as a teacher at the Private Secondary Art School in Zvolen in the Department of Animation Art and Promotional Graphics.
Mgr. Viktória Pastorová
(1990 - Banská Bystrica)
Viktória was born on February 2nd, 1990. She graduated the single-subject study of Fine Arts from the Department of Art Culture at the Pedagogical Faculty of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. Under the leadership of Milan Sokol, prof. academic painter, she focused on the issues of art in public spaces and intermediality in relation to graphic techniques. She has applied these incentives based on her own activity in the world of art subculture since 2006, since when she has devoted her time mostly to large-format murals and paintings for exhibition symposiums, festivals and cultural events, such as the project Live Painting. At present, she is active in the non-profit sector with the civic association Fopart, which she has chaired since 2014. Within its activities, the association administers an atelier in the Sásová neighbourhood, which is dedicated to supporting young people in the creation, community development, planning and organizing of events to promote the arts, leisure activities and workshops. She is devoted in her work not just to one technique; she works with media such as sprays, oil paints and acrylics, and in graphics it is with a dry needle and ideas which are mostly figurative-human and animal.
Bc. Gábor Fűri
(1989 - Komárno)
Gábor was born on 17th May, 1989 in Komárno. He studied at the Business Academy in Šurany and later at the University of Economy in Bratislava, Faculty of National Economy in the field Social Development and Social Policy. From 15 years of age he has watched the world through a camera's viewfinder. The turning point came in his first year at university, when he picked up his first DSLR. Photography and the technique itself fascinated him so much that he still works as a freelance photographer. He went through nearly every photography genre, but 2012 was a breakthrough in his work. Meeting with Máté Bence - world-famous action bird-life photographer - changed his view. Since then, he has focused his lens mainly on birds and nature. He works as a volunteer at the Centre for Environmental Education Dropie, he has given lectures at the Ekotopfilm festival, and he recently exhibited his collection of photographs from the life of birds. He is devoted to wedding, product, sports and reportage photography in his everyday life.
